Refocus is an app blocker & website blocker that helps you limit time on apps!
Refocus is easy to use, yet has powerful features:
▶ Various ways to restrict or lock apps & websites. Choose what helps you focus! Block ANY app or site (ex. YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, Reddit, X [Twitter], Messenger, Discord, WhatsApp and more).
▶ "Strict Mode" feature prevents you from unblocking. Set a passcode, or wait a duration, or do a copy text challenge, or utilize Pomodoro.
▶ Block for a specific duration (ex. app timer for 30 minutes).
▶ Block at specific times (ex. every weekday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM).
▶ Set app limits (ex. after 10 minutes of using Instagram, block it). Set an app time limit!
▶ View your daily Screen Time analytics. Use Refocus as a screen time tracker.

Great app
A great app , highly recommend
Many options need subscription
I really like the concept and the way this app works 💞but i wish more features were on the free side. Because its mainly meant for people who study or need to focus and these people have some cash flow problems 🫣🥲
Simple and effective
I use this app to block out social media on most hours of the day. It helps a lot getting rid of random doom scrolling and as long as it’s base functions remain free (including scheduling) it’s a no brainer for any smartphone user.

Worth it
Without any payments, this is the way to go. There’s a setting to make you stop and breathe when you try to stop the blocking process. I think it’s pretty great. Useful for studying or trying to sleep without that need to check apps. I’m sure I’ve recommended it to multiple friends at this point. :)
