This app is really great when you need to study it really helps me with my phone addiction im a highschool student and it really helped me organize my time and focuse on my studies

Refocus is an app blocker & website blocker that helps you limit screen time on apps!
Refocus is easy to use, yet has powerful features:
▶ Various ways to restrict or lock apps & block websites. Choose what helps you focus! Block ANY app or site (ex. YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, Reddit, X [Twitter], Messenger, Discord, WhatsApp and more).
▶ "Strict Mode" feature prevents you from unblocking. Set a passcode, or use an NFC tag, or wait a duration (ex. 30 seconds), or do a copy text challenge, or utilize Pomodoro (limit unblocking to 5 times per day, for 25 minutes each, with a 5-minute cooldown between each unblock).
▶ Block for a specific duration (ex. app timer for 30 minutes).
▶ Block at specific times (ex. every weekday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM).
▶ Set app limits (ex. after 10 minutes of using Instagram, block it). Set an app time limit!
▶ View your daily, weekly and monthly Screen Time analytics. Use Refocus as a screen time tracker!

Ever since I started college I can’t help but procrastinate my tasks by scrolling on social media instead of finishing them. Thanks to this app I disciplined myself into managing my time efficiently on social media and with personal tasks. Thank you!!!
Pretty good app for time-management
I’ve been using Refocus for 21 days now, and it does help me manage my time better as a student who struggles with that. The app and buttons are clean and organized, and the design is sleek and not eye-straining with the black theme. The Intermediate-Level Strict Mode short meditation minigame to stop blocking is also creative and nice, however I feel like it should be longer to actually help the user meditate and focus better. Thanks for the app!
