Refocus: App Blocker & Limits

It’s very easy to use and it help me a lot.

I’m absolute satisfied with this app. It’s incredible how many time you can waste with endless scrolling on Social Media. Kudos to Refocus I can focus on important projects and be more present in my daily life. Greetings from Spain, Canary Islands

This app is AMAZING. I just can’t believe such a good app is hidden in the AppStore. THIS NEEDS MORE RECOGNITION‼️ period. It has everything you need, blocks apps and web pages, it has a friendly GUI, good functionality and probably more things that I haven’t mentioned. 10/10

Exactly what I was looking for. I have a ton of problems with my productivity, hopefully this will help me focus more on improving myself and doing the things I want to do. I’m using the free plan for now. I understand the developer needs to earn money which is totally understandable, but for now I’ll stick with free mode.

It’s a good app to keep you disciplined. My weekly average screen time is dropping.

I have ADHD. I use this to block anything that might distract me. It’s simple to use and if you try to unblock too many times, you have to pay. I love the mindfulness prompt included too. It’s been a game changer for me.

If it has extra features like blocking u from seeing comments or reels which are addictive that would make this app better! But it accomplishes its job
