I have been using your services for many years, but this would be perhaps the last time. It is totally unacceptable not to be able to pick up the reserved and paid car not earlier than 15 minutes before stated time. My plane arrived earlier and i have to wait one hour to get the car in case the rental company have the keys and the car ready. I also suggested to pay extra for that service, but this also impossible! What would happen if my flight is delayed and i miss the exact hour?!? I appreciate that you manage your business by systems, but the systems must not make your customers life more complicated!
