I cancelled my booking due to the company asked for deposit $500 rental car refuse to return my money back even I rent car through rental car

Since this company is owned by booking I was expecting a professional application and team. I was shocked by the team attitude and vague responses. I will never use this service again.

when have an issue with the rental company its hard to communicate and it takes weeks and months to get replies

An excellent application. Easy to use and very useful.

It has not an efficient app to reach or complain. It also didn't show the company name where you originally booked. Also because of their bad app the amount of the car rent without even being able to rent it. And to complain you can't email them and you have to pay more for an international call. It is basically a theft tool.

New app doesn’t even let me add a booking… I missed my reservation. Why change something that was good?

Outrageous I have to repeatedly type in Names House number Street City Postcode Card number Expiry CVV 10 fields I have repeatedly given you over the years And you make me me type them in again , again , again , again So boring no thanks I’ll never use you again goodbye
