Do not trust what that app says, there will always be the “small letters”. Better contact rental companies directly and avoid disappointment. Plus Rentalcars have awful customer service

Worst support. Don’t take a car from them, find alternatives. Support would ignore you in case of the problem.

I rent my car in Bodrum, Turkey for 3 days . Then I become sick on the 1 day and call to manager of company Garenta , he said that I can receive refund for unused 2 days , so I decide to drop off my car . Then I write to support rentalcars.com and they said that no , I can’t receive refund ! It was mistake of Garenta manager , but I think you responsible for company that you work with and what this companies promise. Owful experience , I lost my money for two days

I had a terrible experience with Rentalcars.com. I booked a car for a trip to the UAE and was not informed that I needed an international driver's license to pick up the car. I had rented a car with them in the past and had not been asked for an international license, so I was not aware of this requirement. When I arrived at the rental location, I was told that I could not pick up the car without the international license, and as a result, I was unable to use the service that I paid for. I reached out to Rentalcars.com for assistance and was given conflicting information by different representatives. In the end, I was only offered a partial refund of the rental cover, which was not satisfactory given the circumstances. I will not be using Rentalcars.com in the future and I do not recommend them to others

Very good app. The best in there professionally. But, don’t understand why the rental company not appears on the car.

i wanted to make changes in my reservation ,however for something like 10 minutes i hade to sign in and out until it found it
