Хоть я и ставила самокат в положенные места, фотографировала его, они автоматически сняли 20 евро пока я спала с моей карты! И пытались снять еще! Это просто развод какой то, а не сервис по самокатам.

З мене знімає гроші , я їздила один раз і зараз до сих пір періодично знімає гроші . Я живу в іншій країні , не їзжу на велосипедах, а гроші знімає

They take money when you register and never get it back. No other app who do that

I couldn’t get a verification code because app decided that my phone number is invalid, however it is valid🤷‍♀️ Tried many times, wasted a lot of time and eventually had to walk by foot Disappointed

Vicino stadio San Siro c’è una zona stretta per poter lasciare la bici. Ma essendo che il gps si perde in quell’area, non ti fa lasciare la bici. Sconsiglio al massimo

Awful experience. App doesn’t seem to work at all, pure waste of time. You should try any of their competitors if you actually want to get a bike in Milan.

Guys avoid using this app by any cost!!! It’s a scam. We used this app once in Florence 2 months ago and since that I was charged 5 times in random days. It’s kind of hidden subscription you can’t cancel. When I tried to reach out to their support team I got an auto reply. Apparently customer service doesn’t exist and you’ll be charged forever. Facebook is full of negative reviews. Be careful Support team never replies and it’s impossible to unsubscribe unless you are in Florence. It’s a 100% scam. Also they delete negative reviews

Bolt is much cheaper

Assurdo prendere una vostra bici se nell’aria industriale di Mancasale (Reggio Emilia) non c’è copertura, abbastanza estesa, per il parcheggio. Ho noleggiato una bici presso la stazione AV MEDIOPADANA, ho dovuto lasciare la bici a due km dalla mia azienda. Estendete il parcheggio almeno nei rami della principali di snodo/tragitto della zona industriale di MANCASALE!
