RideMovi Smart Sharing Service

It took about an hour that I could not end the trip and lock the bicycle. There was a problem in its application and server. And the ridemovi sharged me for an hour and it is not fair.

Battery issues.

The app performance is very bad. Registration didn’t work from the first time. UX is bad, everything takes is slow from starting the app to finishing the ride. By the time the app asked me for a photo i was not near the scooter already.

Limited area to ride and hard to find parking

I HATE THIS SERVICE!! I keep Updating my review over time and it’s always ZERO! NO HUMAN CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT A BOT for EMERGENCIES -> system bugged and no one could close their ride in the whole city, I got charged 30€ and still havent been refunded 1 month after. HATE HATE HATE THIS COMPANY. They should be BANNED. DONT USE!!! I’m planning to CANCEL after using them for many months. Also 1) the app freezes 80% of the time when zooming on the map to locate a bike. Sometimes app won’t even open 2) I report bike maintenance issues 50%-70% of the time!! 3) The ebike price have increased by 50% in 2 years (from 1€ to 1.5€ for 15 minutes when paired with a monthly subscription). The regular bikes used to be unlimited free when buying a 14€ monthly subscription but now they charge 0.50€… basically, this is A SCAM = You pay more than before but with worse service. This company is a joke. They are AMATEURS, not professionals. I hope they go bankrupt

This APP shows only the +1939, but there’s another one that might be +1787. This one belongs to my number and I was unable to used your bikes because I never received the verification code.

Every time I open the app it says “request failed. Forbidden (403)” and crashes

I rented a bike in Stockholm for a few hours. As this was my first time renting with Ridemovi, I did not realize there were zones in which I could not park the bike. I ended up getting multiple times for which I was unable to properly appeal through the app as the app is garbage and doesn’t work properly. I returned the bike safely to a “legal” zone within Stockholm by day’s end but still was not reimbursed. Not a good experience.

Signs on all the bikes to try with free 30 min that don’t work. And Apple Pay doesn’t work either.
