Great bike, easy access , but reason why I took the bike - it was because I wanted to reach my home, which was not in the allotted parking zone, which made my trip inconvenient, As I had to return back to park in the nearest allocated zone. You should consider all nearby Padova town locations available to park in the good places to make your bike suitable transportation, not only touring around the city type.

I had so bad experience with this app. Overall I purchased a daily pass for 10 euros and I ended up paying 75 euros for that day. I still don’t understand why… what I understood is that this company is trying to take money from people for illegal parking which is not illegal parking… that is their mission! Please go for another company…

I used this app last summer in barcelona i just notice on December that they dedicated the money every month and i don’t know how to stop that

I’ve used the bick for 20 min and payed for it 3 hours After I finish my ride a bigger amount have been deducted twice from my account again

Assurdo prendere una vostra bici se nell’aria industriale di Mancasale (Reggio Emilia) non c’è copertura, abbastanza estesa, per il parcheggio. Ho noleggiato una bici presso la stazione AV MEDIOPADANA, ho dovuto lasciare la bici a due km dalla mia azienda. Estendete il parcheggio almeno nei rami della principali di snodo/tragitto della zona industriale di MANCASALE!

Attivi l abbonamento mensile con rinnovo automatico. Alla scadenza del mese non mi viene rinnovato in automatico, e sull’ app scompare la possibilità di effettuare un nuovo abbonamento mensile, ma c’è la promo massima settimanale a un prezzo davvero poco vantaggioso. Chiedo info al servizio clienti e dopo una settimana di scambio mail mi rispondono che non è più possibile attivare il pass. cancellato account e app, mi rivolgerò a Bird sperando siano in azienda più seria.
