I’m from Hong Kong and every time I try to register this pops up, I can’t even make an account

The dress is beautiful however I couldn’t even log in the app. It always shows that the system is updating but no any future changes 😓 I feel really bad in logging in your app, when I try to ask for help it just show me the model answer which is super useless.

嘗試了2天，試過了所有的登入方式，都只會出現「系統更新中…」，看到2023年也有人表示出現這個問題，最後官方也沒有修復問題，只能放棄，我想我也只能是這樣了，真可惜。

Absolutely bad experience. Trying to register and the system always backs me with “it is busy” “problem with the system”, etc. After try three times, blocked me because tried several times. I'm trying since a week and from several different devices. What a joke of company

E and my friends from Hongkongers have been trying to shop and make an account in SHEIN since last year yet every time we try to sign in. It says sorry somethings wrong with the system. Please fix you bugs !!!
