my shein package never came and i never got my money back they nothing but scammers don’t trust this website

I’ve bought clothes before on this app and they’re ok for the price however what makes me furious is all of the “promotions” they advertise but it’s literally just a scam to make you share their links. Borderline False Advertising.

Clothes looks wonderful, but sizes aren’t true to the size. Plus size clothes looks old fashioned and not in style like regular clothes and that’s not fair. Plus size people want to look fashionable too. We need better clothing on here.

packages take way to long to get to the house but besides that it’s good

Idk if they got sold or just abandoned the app but they are now just scamming everyone. Dont play the check in games they will not give you your points and they are also scamming on the items my mom ordered a custom made pillow and it came as a Walmart bag full of cotton and they will keep taking your points from games little by little banking on you not noticing and customer service isn’t a person it’s automated responses. AliExpress and Temu don’t have them problems and appreciates their customers more and gives free stuff as well. Report SHEIN to the bbb they need to be ended

Impossible to contact them if any problem occurs. I lost not only my entire order (they lost it), over $120 also. Scammers.

They won’t use reliable shipping service so I can never get my order

Shein is a great place to buy affordable clothing, accessories, and basically anything. My go to online shopping but what throws me off is the time I spent into the stupid puppy feed game to earn $30 credits and when I finally earn the gift, I can’t even use it. Anytime I try to checkout it tells me “your account is frozen due to irregular activities” which is bull because I haven’t done anything irregular or suspicious. I contacted costumer service but they were no help. They told me it was just something in the system? They need to fix whatever is wrong with their system.
