I received a shirt with sleeves not being symmetrical and also another incredibly short sleeves in a hoodie, and they don’t want return unless I handle the return charges and shipping by myself.

I love Shein! It’s addictive to browse through, and most of the products are of good quality for the price. However, the app could use some improvements. For example, once you proceed with an order, you can’t edit the country for shipping, only the address. Additionally, after placing an order, even before payment, you can add more products to the same package, but you can only choose from their selection. It would be great if we could select the specific products we want to add. Also, once I received a broken shoe. I sent a picture and wanted refund, for that I had to ship it back, shipping was as expensive as the product, still they wanted me to ship it, although the pictures even video clearly showed the broken item, still I shipped it back, never arrived so still haven't received my money back+ lost shipping

The best clothing and accessories online shop out there. I never had a problem with SHEIN. The clothes and items are always as described and the reviews also helps a lot. SHEIN made me both save and use money. I bought a not of items for cheap and good quality form SHEIN but dam it made me broke. Every time i have nothing to do you see me scrolling on SHEIN. 🙈

I’m ordering from them and they don’t send me the items and they don’t want to refund me Don’t order from here and you lose your money like me I have very bad experience

The new update is horrible for the ones who has a business since people now is calculating the total of the orders with the coupon included! Plea remove that! The coupons are our gain.

Shien is the best shopping app ever i only hate that the shippibg is a little expensive . The things are so nice and who cant buy 45€ a shirt shien is for you because a top is only like 10€ i rate is a 5 star

You need to work more on the material. You have great products but very inferior material with regards to dresses especially.Merkanti

SHEIN literally sells quality clothing with incredibly low prices. We thought it was too good to be true but we were proven wrong. I love SHEIN. Y’all should give it a try!
