I didn’t receive my package!!!

Unfortunately they wasted my money and time by sending the wrong product. And when I asked customer service about the one I want, they told me we only have the one we sent you. So why would you sell a product on a site that you don't have? They said sorry, but I don't know what to do with that sorry. My time will come again. I am really disappointed with this site and will never buy from them again.

Todavía estoy esperando el reembolso parcial que me ofrecieron. Por otra parte, ellos no te brindan ningún tipo de etiqueta para poder devolver (libre de costos) los productos que no te quedan como la mayoría de las compañías que venden online. También se tardó mucho para que los productos que pedí me llegaran a mi casa.
