This is apparently the only way to track orders placed with people who use their back end, and the app doesn’t do a good job of it. Going to delete the app as soon as my order arrives.

Saw older reviews saying there is no search function, but now there is so it is great to hear your listen :) However I believe it can be improved because most of the time if i misspelled or didn’t type the exact product name, it would have 0 results I think what would help is having categories, or more allowances for misspelling (?) such that suggested guessed products would appear which definitely allows more trafficking Absolutely love the simple shopping interface. currently, the only thing that stops me from using it more is because of the lack in search/explore ability. Hope to see improvement & thanks for creating this app!!

Downloaded app, tried to register. Got 1st code via email then need code sent to mobile number, but waited for 10 mins still no code. Tried the process a second time but still stuck at 2nd code. What is the matter???

Didn’t like that the delivery updates were not my local time. Defeats the purpose of having the tracker. No point tracking them in a different timezone at all. Personally I don’t think tracking them and convert the time to my preferred timezone is difficult to do. So I don’t get why this wasn’t a feature. Otherwise it would have been great to track all my orders in my preferred timezone.

I did not receive the parcel that marked delivered. Pls show me proof of delivery

Flawless navigation, lovely UX and the AI assistant is super fast and helpful, not only pointing at specific products and pushing sales but just giving ideas! Loves it

The jersey I bought sure is a fake one

I am very impressed by the speed of delivery but I was sadden by the small size. I thought the mini is the smaller in term of diameter and the commuter model has a wider diameter. It really too small for a man.
