Terible, don’t spend your hard earned money on this rubbish.
Pretty much summed it up in the title. The app now doesn’t work for me, I just get a red error message every time I try and do anything to control the tub. I have been on and off with jacuzzi support for a while and haven’t got far. They didn’t and sell me something which can apparently boost signal, but I have already paid 15k for the tub, plus extra for SmartTub compatibility. I made contact with Jacuzzi support once again. If I get suitable help and it’s resolved, I will update my review to reflect the support given.
