SmartTub®

Doesn’t even work. Just says ‘failed to connect to server’ every time I try and do anything. Had it a couple of years now with varying success. Usually always slow/laggy and vastly overpriced considering the functionality of the app.

This app no longer works with Apple Watch & it can’t be added to homekit which would of been nice . Yes i can turn everything on & off with the app but using voice control would have been better . You can voice command with Alexa

I’ve had this app for over a year and have found it really useful to be able to control my Jacuzzi J475. The signal is very stable, which wasn’t the case with my previous tub (the app was WIFI) and meant sometimes connection was rubbish when I needed it In the last few months there’s been a cool new feature released which is helping monitor/manage energy use really well. It will build the most energy efficient heating schedule for when I want to use it. All in all a very cool app that I didn’t realise I would find so valuable when I purchased the tub.

The app is great for if you are away from home a lot like me. The energy use monitor is a brilliant feature. Definitely worth having with your Jacuzzi hot tub purchase.

Love how I can still connect up to my hot tub via 3G when I’m away from home! I also really like the Smart Heat mode feature. Scheduling in the time I’m going to use my hot tub and seeing the est energy saving is great, plus it makes me look forward to a lovely soak. 😍

Really useful for tracking energy usage and the added bonus of being able to operate the spa remotely so it can be ready as soon as I get home!

I love the functionality of this app, I can control many different aspects of this tub from my phone which is really handy!

After a year of ownership and a purchase cost of over £15k, Jacuzzi try to charge for use of wifi control of your tub. Really? I refuse on principle. Any decent company would provide this as a free after sales service as it costs little. Disappointed.

This app is really cool, love the fact that it helps me to keep control of my hot tub remotely and keep track of my energy usage.

When it worked on the Apple Watch it was great as I could control the Jacuzzi via the watch when in the tub. Since the latest version of either iOS, WatchOS or the SmartTub app, I’m stuck in a perpetual loop of being told by the watch that I need to login on the phone and then that no user is found. This is despite me being logged-in on the phone and with an active subscription. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app on both devices and even reset the phone but with no success. It’s a shame as the app now has 50% functionality.
