I have yet to be provided with a resolution regarding my delayed payout. I have waited over 120 days for funds that were placed on hold due to “fraud risk.” The 120 day time period has come and yet my funds have not been deposited into my account. I’m unable to speak with anyone on the phone. I’ve also been notified by a representative that my time was wasted as they provided me the wrong information. This app is a complete disaster
They can close your account for no reason and refund all the funds they’re holding back to the customers. You’ll have no option but to call the customer and ask for another form of payment beware you’ll lose money that way.
Removed instant payouts and refuse to say what the transaction volume needs to be.
Our payouts are talking up to 7 days now. Not sure why. Was only taking 1 day previously. Not sure what changed!
Within 30 minutes of signing up for Stripe I began receiving spam text messages from 3rd parties. Now I get at least 3 a day. I’d finally got them to stop a year or so ago- now it’s every day once again. Signing up for this app is the only thing it could have possibly been. Trusting my financials to a app that instantly sells me out? I don’t think so. I deleted my account and the app within 72hrs.
Lost a customs because they couldn’t figure out something with account and returned my very first card payment in my new business lost my first big account thanks stripe very disappointing
This app sure I’m new to it but I given all the info it need in the first go, after I had my account for 3 hours I got an email saying I gotta to give my hole SSN then after that it was saying I had to take a picture of some sort ID that’s what I kinda got the creepys, so yuh that’s all I gotta say.
My customers complained it their card doesn’t want to go through. It it because is over 6 figures? stripe should really, not stop their card, bc they have stage 4 cancer and I have the cure, they’re going to die soon , and I am saving them. Who ever is messing with the communication needs to know that there are lives at stake here, and they want my help.
We own a equipment rental company & we collected rent payments totaling $8900 through stripe for deposits and rent payments, after a few days stripe flagged my account as high risk and locked up all my money and will not let me transfer it out or refund it. Now my busniess is about to shutdown because they are keeping all my funds. They will not talk to us on the phone, we can’t get any information out of stripe support. This should be illegal. Utterly ridiculous & incompetent company there should be a pre approval process in place before collecting my money.
