Stripe Dashboard

I am have an account with Stripe for a year, and yesterday the close it telling me you acc is risk, but what kind of risk no one knows, i contacted them may times but they don’t explain anything or even trying to help, worst experience

I do not recommend using Stripe. Stripe processed payment from our customers but made it difficult to issue refunds, causing delays and complications. They have not responded to multiple emails, harming not only our business but also our customers. I do not recommend using Stripe dur to their poor service and lack of communication.

İ can sign from the web but i cant sign from your app. The error is:the operation timed out or it was cancelled. Can you solve this please

NOTE: To make it easier for companies like ours to easily allow customers to schedule a date and time before making a purchase, I would like Stripe to include a DATE_TIME widget on the form.
