Cant handle dispute
Can’t see and reply to disputes so it’s practically useless
Everyday use of Stripe
I operate an online webshop and one of my friend recommended me Stripe for my online payments. I found out now this was the worst decision of my life. Firstly, I had an old account which now I have no access to and 180€ is still in that which Stripe does not want to give to me because of I can’t verify myself. I’ve already wrote multiple emails for there suppert but rarely they reply to anything. You can’t call them or so. Secondly, I made a bussines account as I started to grow I needed one. Ever since I opened it everything was fine until today. This morning I got an email that I need to verify myself again which I’ve already done when I opened the account. In this account there is about 1200€. I hope this time I can do my verification however I have a bad feeling. I don’t recommend you using Stripe there are so many better option out there. There support is unhelpfull and unreachable. There verification is hilarius,you give them your ID sometimes multiple IDs but still they won’t give you your money.

Held funds not paid
I have yet to be provided with a resolution regarding my delayed payout. I have waited over 120 days for funds that were placed on hold due to “fraud risk.” The 120 day time period has come and yet my funds have not been deposited into my account. I’m unable to speak with anyone on the phone. I’ve also been notified by a representative that my time was wasted as they provided me the wrong information. This app is a complete disaster

They can close your account for no reason and refund all the funds they’re holding back to the customers. You’ll have no option but to call the customer and ask for another form of payment beware you’ll lose money that way.

Removed instant payouts and refuse to say what the transaction volume needs to be.
Payouts take forever
Our payouts are talking up to 7 days now. Not sure why. Was only taking 1 day previously. Not sure what changed!
