Unacceptable service, unacceptable support. Better use Revolut or PayPal or some other platforms. Unacceptable lever of risk on a digital marketing agency they said without any transaction and all the legal documents uploaded! Lmao

If you have a claim, the issuer With get the money,l back and the product fro you, as no one will check the proof of evidence you have provided in their platform!!!!!!!!!! So the client ends up with your product and their money back, plus the dispute fees of stripe. Unacceptable service!!!!!

There is a bug in the latest version that keeps asking you for the OTP if you have 2FA enabled. This making using the app almost impossible. Please fix this bug as it’s making the app useless

It does exactly what you ask for, it's simple and most importantly it works.

Stripe has shutout my account and then they hold amount of 8.000 EUR as their message says there are unauthorized payment went through, however I tried to call the customer who has received the shipment already, the customer he did not answer any way and f trying reaching him out and then they return the payment. I’d say okay I will take this responsibility even stripe should not allow this payment to go through, But what about the other balance it always shows “it is expected tomorrow” everyday after 11:59PM this is a nightmare and I don’t know when I will receive my money, it really hurts small businesses and my business has been shut it down and over debit. I really don’t know what to do :(

I have yet to be provided with a resolution regarding my delayed payout. I have waited over 120 days for funds that were placed on hold due to “fraud risk.” The 120 day time period has come and yet my funds have not been deposited into my account. I’m unable to speak with anyone on the phone. I’ve also been notified by a representative that my time was wasted as they provided me the wrong information. This app is a complete disaster
