Stripe stole my money and trying to communicate with them 3 months ago without giving me my money back. The most bad service i ever seen

They have stolen my money They closed the account for no reason even though ive submitted all the required documents .. then they didn't refund the amount (11k AED!!!!! )for the clients or me !!!

It’s easy and very simple good app

Stripe is the worst platform. I am facing endless error for business owner address proof and the support team useless and do not have any authority to rectify any error. They just keep procrastinating. Its the most frustrating experience.

I had a superior customer support, living in 2022 you need a global, safe, efficient, and supportive payment processing company for your online business, and I received this with Stripe. Excellent support team, i had an issue verifying my Passport automatically which made me contact Stripe through Live Chat and the agent took excellent care of it. On the other hand, I had a VERY AWFUL experience with PayPal, living in 2022 and PayPal restricted my newly opened business account just because I live in a different country than the one my company registered in. Their Customer Support is the worst honestly! They will restrict your account without prior notice and you will not be able to access your funds!

Worst service ever after registering and getting approved we start receiving payments from our customers then stripe decided that the account isn’t eligible after months and many customers paid and stripe decided to refund all the customers money back to them and we lost our business and all our funds because of this, worst gateway ever
