No pongo peor calificación porque no la hay. Me cancelaron un pedido y me cobraron 20 euros por algo que nunca llegó. No me brindaron una solución al respecto (sin considerar el pésimo trato de atención al cliente). No volveré a pedir.

Son una tremenda chota, y encima no se hacen cargo de un carajo.
Unable to unselect promo code
This is an issue, there is a subreddit channel about it. The app asks me to unselect promotion and it can be done. There is no customer service to tackle this issue, so I have to order only something less than 15 usd so I don’t get hold by the promo code issue. I’m sure they are missing clients because of this.

Horrible! Demoran mucho! Comida fria! Los asesores no resuelven nada! A las tantas despues de una hora de manda rmensajes algurin lucido te resuelve el problema! Menos mal que se van de Uruguay!

The delivery guy didn’t delivered the food and Uber eats charged us!! When trying to find solutions they said the delivery guy is doesn’t have the obligation of ringing the bell , just messaged by the App which I had closed of course! Horrible customer service
