When I select English the whole menu should be in English.

The app has a bad customer help service, it makes you feel like you are unwanted and they look less interested in people complains. They just closed my report and said: (The order is not eligible for refund “AT THIS TIME”) Like are they going to refund me? I don’t think so. I don’t think that they even read my messages at the first place. Worst food delivery app that I have used till now.

I was charged twice it’s a bad app and they didn’t refund me

The delivery charge is high and they add service fees so the total fees would reach 10€. In addition, the order is always late and keeps changing the delivery time. Not happy with the service at all

Horrible experience. Food ordered took more than. 1.5 hours to reach. ( was supposed to be 20-40 minutes max). Would’ve been faster if I had walked over and picked it up myself. Never again

Worse App with un professional driver !

UberEats promotion offers are very good👍🏼 But the delivery service is very bad & more worst is their customer support. Even after complaining on their helpline & app they are lest interested in even replying to their customers. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Extremely useful and credible application

I’m not usually one to leave negative reviews, but my last experience with this app was ridiculous. I got charged $23 and some change for a package of chicken that was clearly marked as no more than $9 both on the app and on the package. The driver was fine, so it's not on him, but when I tried to address the issue, they said it was my fault for not keeping track while they shopped. Isn’t the whole point of placing an order so it’s one less thing to worry about? Customer service couldn’t even help.
