Overall, the App is good and does what’s needed. It’s stable, responsive and functionality is good. — A note to the developers, on behalf of all customers, please, we desperately need a “Select All” button adding in the “Detections” section, because at the moment, we need to select each detection individually so it can be deleted, which is INCREDIBLY laborious and time consuming when there are a lot of detections! This is also true for the iPad version as well. If you can add this on the next update, it would very much appreciated! Alternatively, it would be acceptable if we could delete detections on the NVR or Cloud Key (that already have a “Select All” option), and then our other mobile Apps sync’d with that and automatically deleted them, but it seems that each device downloads every detection individually, meaning that we have to individually select each detection on every mobile device where the Apps are installed to be deleted, and sometimes we have to do it more than once for the same detections, as they don’t always delete first time. So if you could please either have the Apps sync with the NVR or Cloud Key, or add a “Select All” button for each mobile App, that would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Since new protect v4 the Apple TV app does not support 265 and it’s missing so many features. Screen splitting options. Fitting 12 cams on a screen without the massive headline at the top which is a waste of space. Better scrubbing of timeline. Also after 10 cams the system shows a lot of artefacts in the stream. So very high compression that is not fixable on the Apple TV app.

Recent setup my G5 Flex and Bullet combo following a re-wire. Connected to my UDR and coming from an Amazon Blink system I’m blown away. The motion zones work properly with an accurate border. The notifications are absolutely solid and the image quality is so good. My security light at night made the Bkink camera useless but the Bullets dynamic range copes incredibly.

Absolutely love them ☺️ myself and my daughter set them up and was quite easy once you got going amazing video quality, grandchildren not quite so keen as you can rewind and show them their behaviour when naughty 😎 and also I love that you can talk through them absolutely hilarious when people are unaware, I do a wicked creepy voice 😂😂 I’m now looking to expand them to outside as well 👍

I have the Pro Doorbell and considering all the original advertising game the impression of the ability to capture gifs etc to the screen, it’s still limited to just the dog animation. Disappointing

Bought it for the privacy which is still great. There is however a major flaw: the video playback is HORRIBLE. Basically 99% of any video playback of an event of even someone ringing the bell is choppy and unwatchable. My internet connection is great both ends. The app thinks the video is playing (blue line at bottom moves) but the video is stuck on a frame. Really bad app.

Keeps going black and white and cutting off

I have tried may camera systems for my home Security and this is by far the best system and software.

This app is good don’t get me wrong but there are little things like viewing the G4 PoE doorbell and viewing the parcel camera which should either illuminate automatically or give you a toggle to turn the lights on. Neither option currently. Don’t get me started on LCD customisation and chime customisation. Basic functionality that should be available in the portal and the app: Ubiquiti are too slow at software updates. Promises everything and delivers a decade later.
