“I paid and downloaded the app. There were a total of three payments made at once. Even though you said there would be only one payment, nothing is available after those payments. When I opened the app, it kept asking me for more payments, nothing is available. I want my money back.

Same by me.. i only open it and see that it´s paid and really not just small money so i just close it and uninstall.. But they charged me for 60 dollars anyway!!!!!!!! Without any agreement or approval of subscription.. I really hope i get my money back!!!!!!! Hate this!!!

Unimeal charged me 60 dollars during onboarding without warning me or giving me an option to skip the step. I’m afraid to click on anything in their app by now. After requesting refund from their support the response is they can’t return me money even though I’ve used this app for exactly 0 days. Scam. Don’t use this app.

Po zaplacení 19.99 usd a otevření aplikace mi vyskočila tabulka na zaplacení dalších 6.99 usd, kde nebylo možné odmítnout. Myslela jsem si, že když kliknu na tlačítko, objeví se jakési potvrzení platby, ale ono si to strhlo peníze samo! Psala jsem na podporu a tam zhodnotili, že nemám právo na vrácení peněz! Je to totální podvod. Jídla neodpovídají, cviky jsou přiblblé a celá aplikace působí hrozně hekticky a komplikovaně. Takže jsem akorát naštvaná a o 800 kč lehčí!

Me cobraron $66 dólares cuando solo me tendrían que haber cobrado $16, su publicidad decía que era una mensualidad de $16 dólares y los otros 50 dólares los cobraron sin mi consentimiento! Pedí un reembolso y ni siquiera me reembolsaron lo que yo no autorice! Es una estafa y me encargaré de difundirlo en todas mis redes sociales!

UPDATE: I just a received an email saying I was eligible for a lifetime membership! Unbelievable since I’ve been trying to get a refund for this useless app. Oh and had previously unsubscribed from all communication. ————- This app doesn’t offer customization to food. For example was entering weet-bix cereal, you can only add nutrition information in oz not g. Doesn’t allow you to but in decimals such as 3.9 G protein. What a rip off. Please refund my purchase as this app is unusable

App doesn’t work properly, meals aren’t great and refund policy is designed so that you can’t get your money back. This is the worst “weight loss” app I’ve ever tried. 10/10 do NOT recommend
