i’ve never had so many easy to follow recipes which take about 15 minutes. And they are delicious. Also with the fasting you can use really great ingredients that don’t cost the Earth, taste ace and still feel like something positive is happening in your body. I’m two weeks in and I’m really really liking this. Fasting is actually easier than I ever thought mainly because of the large amount of protein that keeps my hunger at bay.

The idea of a meal plan is great and some of the meals were good. But I unchecked all fish as I am intolerant to fish and then the first week had two fish dishes. When I tried to swap them I wasn’t given many choices. Some of the portion sizes were also odd, for instance a breakfast quesadilla suggested 3.4 tortillas which is an odd amount and when I changed it to 2 it warned me I was under eating. But I couldn’t seem to add extra ingredients to that meal, only add them manually in snacks.

They charged me even when I requested not to be charged when I noticed the first charged and still waiting for my refund.

Have been trying to contact since the initial day and no luck. Didn’t expect it to be an initial charge but automatically took payment now they want more again. All I wasn’t is a refund!

Absolutely Rubbish, no help at all, paid for diet, money taken out for something I didn’t ask for, and no one comes back with any help.SO DISSATISFIED

I downloaded this app after seeing an add about the meal ideas. Luckily I only signed up for one week, but the meal prep for the week is offensive. One plan was couscous cheese, cucumber and sausage. It’s a total scam and this is the first review I’ve ever written. I’ll be seeking a refund immediately, on the principal that the ads are false advertisement. The meal suggestions are a joke!!

The plan wasn’t for me as the meal plan wasn’t something that would fit in with my busy life. For this reason i cancelled my subscription. Something obviously went wrong with the cancellation as they took another months subscription payment. When I contacted them they refused to refund the money even though I showed evidence that I had clearly cancelled
