I was told that this app is refundable within a week I find this app not suitable with be nor helpful. Where and how do I get my refund?? I need it asap

Absolute disappointment
I requested the refund on the 1st day of the trial due to: 1) Low diversity - extremely limited Asian food search options and recipes, no take-outs and restaurant food search options. 2) Unqualified product spec - lack of exercise recording feature, calories calculation, poor UX flows and unintuitive designs. Thus, Unimeal rejected to process my refund request due to their “specific rules” that they never addressed in the check-out process nor in the rejection e-mail. 30 days free cancellation/money-back option presented during checkout process is a trick, while their overall user experience starting from the subscription to attrition is unbelievably horrible.

웹사이트에서 결제를 하니 앱 구독내역이 없어서 환불 요청이 되지 않네요, 두번이나 결제가 되고 이게 뭐하는 짓이죠?

로그인도 안되고 뭐 되는게 없어 혹시 몰라 리뷰를 보니 저같은 분들이 많군요. 😡 저는 1일 안으로 모두 환불을 받은 케이스입니다. 페이팔로 결제 한 경우였고요. 리뷰 보자마자 바로 환불요청메일 보냈고, (환불메일이 여러개가 보이길래 2군데에 보냈어요!) 페이팔 어플 내에서도 해당 결제내역 안에서 문제제기를 할 수 있길래, 사기라는 리뷰들과 보낸 메일을 캡쳐하여 추가조치 했습니다! 페이팔에 문제제기하니 추가로 결제된 건은 바로 환불됐는데, 첫 결제된 부분은 1일 정도 걸렸어요. 환불을 못받으셨다는 분들이 많이 보여 도움이 될까 적어봅니다!
