Impossible to unsubscribe and then they take money out of your account. Near impossible to get refund. AVOID!!!!!!
Scammers
I ordered a once off option from them for 30 days, 2 months later I get charged around R1300 for a subscription I did not agree to. You are criminals and liars, worming your way to people’s pockets.
Fraudulent activity with this app - be very careful!
App continues to take money from your bank card even after cancelling subscription!!!
Thieves
They have stolen my money I never confirmed any payment and clicked on the month eating plan to see what it’s was about and my card details is saved to my phone and suddenly R1300 went of my account in 3 back to back payments I reported it immediately but they refuse to refund me They steal your money
A scam
Please do not buy this app. It is a scam and you’ll be unable to cancel the actual subscription. It’s a knock off of MyFitnessPal. They don’t even provide a page to review your details to remove your card details.
Do not recommend ! Poor customer service
Would definitely not recommend this app based on the fact that I got no results but secondly , they are so unclear about it being a subscription service . When I signed up , it was a one time offer deal , since then I’ve been debited and requested their service team to reimburse me but have not even received any feedback !! Just beware , the whole experience was negative and you’re better off trying a fitness app from an online coach or more reputable brand.

Recipes are not great
Besides the fact that I just paid for this subscription I’m looking through the recipes and honestly there isn’t a single meal I am excited for. Weight loss should not be this bland.
Disappointed
I just signed up on the app and already it is giving meal options of the things I did not choose and things I am allergic to:-( so what’s the point of putting in all the information about allergies and food you prefer
