They didn’t show up and if i asked if they will come they said no they dont want to

Never showed up and changed to another date without asking. People have to work I decide my schedule not a cleaning company

It’s a great concept but the app needs improvement . I tried to book via an online payment but the payment did not process . I tried to retry but there was no way to do so. So I had to reselect everything. UI can be more user friendly and simple.

Delete the App ASAP. UC is nothing but a fraud. Most “ professional” are fake and Strongly suspect that UC sells out bank data.

Totally waste of money and time. Deep cleaning sofa, they came with a normal vacuum cleaner and some soap. Excuse me?????? I better had done it myself! When complaining, they said sorry we don’t have better equipment case closed 😳

I’ve been using urban company app for over 5+ years; love the plethora of service offerings, smooth app and service members who have been doing exceptional work till date. Highly highly recommend and worth the penny.

Payment should be done after completion of work.

I am extremely unhappy as this is the second time the booking is being cancelled

I paid around 1368 and got invoice for 335 around. I raised request 10days back, but i dint receive it till now. After many conversations over call, they refuse to give proper invoice in the current year and asked me to wait for a new year. I have to reimburse it by this year only. This feels like a fraudulent practice by the company.
