App gives error when trying to login

Linda is a lovely and great cleaning assistant. I call her my cleaning fairy. she worked neatly and accurately. I have tried many cleaning companies but UC is my Favorit. A big shout out to our cleaning fairy Linda. she is my Favorit.

Wanted to speak to a human customer representative and the app wouldn’t! This absolute outrageous. I just wanted to reschedule to a later date and it would’nt. Very bad. Instead had to pay some cancellation fees. Anyways the app will take money from you. Very very poor service!!!

Backoffice cancelled my appointment and i could not book again same slot and nobody is reachable

Jennifer is a gem! She is thoughtful, fast and extremely precise! She did a brilliant job and I’d give her 10 stars! I’m very happy and satisfied.

Excellent services, but I wish under massage packages you could chose your massage for each visit. I also wish there was an option for booking 2 massages at the same time for a couples or massage with my best friend.

Issues

Worst policy ever. No value for user's time. Charging extra money for 7pm but not delivering the service. No customer support just automated call to inform that your service is rescheduled. This is so frustrating.
