Extremely disappointing service. I’m left in middle of a service and the professional not completing the other half of the service. Urban company is not helping either. Really bad service

Unbelievably bad service. Worst service company I’ve ever seen. They trick you in getting subscriptions so you can have the same staff visit your home. Specially during COVID time, when we all need to be extra careful. But then send different people to you home every time. Every time you need to spend time re-educating the staff on how you want things done. And then they do a bad job running out of time and leave with half the work done. I called them to complain, and they asked me for the names of the staff that visited me 3 weeks ago! Be cause they didn’t know who they sent to my place!!! What!?!?! If you don’t know who you send to my place then who should know? Don’t you keep track of who is working in your company and which jobs they are on? An absolute waste of time and money and safety. Never trust them. It’s low budget company putting your safety and peace of mind at risk. I will never use them again.

Was impressed with the app and decided to try it. Got a confirmed booking for 7 am and paid for the service but no word from UC about an assigned professional. Someone called after I requested a call back and said he would get back to me within half an hour with a new appointment But its been two hours now and still no call. Tried to reschedule the booking via the app myself but it does not work. Cancelling does not work either. Not sure how refunds work I cant see a way to get to customer service on the phone May be its my luck because I heard good things about UC but for a first-time user not a good impression.

Services are very very expensive n professional are so irrespecful n do not use all products . They keep for themselves 😂

Their customer service is unbearable

Pages won’t load, like laser hair reduction page is broken since days. Plus it’s not worthy of a big ticket service like this. They won’t support you unless they have extracted 50-60k out of you. Just another aggressive money minded company :/

Please don’t use there AC service. They will cause damage and will charge extra also

This company is a customer service oriented company but it has zero or no customer care number For any issue you wil be directed to an automated IVR I had an issue with a service and could get in touch with company representative. A company like this which has no respect for its customers and wants to save money from hiring customer support should not be supported and this should be made stingy practice should be made aware to the public at large
