Hi, the service to bring home such as mani, pedi & massage is great. Save a lot of time and effort. It would be better if there are more services such as hair dressing/hairdo service, makeover/makeup services, facial services etc.

Cancelled 1 hour before my appointment after I took the day off work, I spend much time moving all the furniture and household items around for the servicing. They then proceeded to auto book a different time in the evening which is not convenient for me. After I saw it was re-scheduled you only get literally less than 5 mins to cancel this rescheduled booking or they will charge you. The app is also quite buggy the chat keeps disappearing, also took my new debit card details without me entering them into the app which is concerning.

Engage service 4 times, 1st two times was good. The 3rd and 4th was bad. Last minute delay time and cancel without reason. Called customer service dont have direct number Despite my attempts to resolve these issues through customer service team, the situation only worsened. Ultimately, I was forced to cancel the service and request a refund, which was not the resolution I was seeking. I expect a professional cleaning service to be reliable and punctual. The repeated failures on your part have disrupted my schedule and caused unnecessary stress. I request an explanation for this unacceptable service and assurance that steps will be taken to prevent such occurrences in the future. Additionally, I seek compensation for the inconvenience caused.

although professional service is great, overall app experience is really bad. 1. app is really buggy. it either hangs, delay in responses, or the app options arent updated 2. pricing isnt accurately reflected when theres any change in plan 3. UC Support lacks knowledge in resolving issue, and provides poor recommendations which doesnt solve the problem as well

Wanted to buy a cleaning package for 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms but got so confused with options and whats included that realized it is easier to clean everything myself

We engaged Urban Company 1.5yrs ago on an weekly basis and the professional assigned was quite good. However it was difficult to get back the same professional when we went to an extended holiday. Since we were regular they could have blocked the professional’s time for the subsequent weeks but this was not done. After which we were given professionals who were new and they could not finish the same tasks we gave our earlier professional. Now they have this policy where you can only be assigned to professional who stays near you. The standard have gone from good to bad and we will be cancelling our subscription. Good luck all those engaging UC’s services.

Expect mediocre services from providers who are given high ratings. What was most disappointing was the service. When service required cancellation and refunding when I had a valid reason, they offered to give me a call to tell me how to proceed and after 3 weeks and 9 emails of reminders, they keep sending a default “we will reach out” or “the relevant team has been notified and will contact you.” I find it very insulting that there was no follow up and empty promises were made about the packages. Will never support again.

Rescheduling service is 25 dollar which is non sense, may not be available on certain days. They also reduced the time for cleaning. I would not recommend Urban company to anyone.

They sent a “professional” to jet foam my AC. He did a very shabby job and didn’t even fulfill the full package, leaving out the vacuum part. When asked, he said it wasn’t needed because he had jet foamed. Before he left, he promised to come back and fix anything if necessary. Within two days, the AC started to smell, and when I contacted him, he said I must pay for a deeper service. He kept pushing for additional services, and his attitude changed 180 degrees. When I contacted the office, they asked him to come back but refused to change their “professional” despite me telling them I didn’t want to deal with his attitude if he was unwilling to return. They ended up proposing a partial refund, which never came after a month. When contacted numerous time over their chat , they simply kept asking me to wait and then suddenly claimed the refund had already been made, giving me a reference number my bank couldn’t trace. It seems that all their “professionals” are outsourced and thus they have no actual staff in hand. In short, use them at your own risk.
