When you start with this company they never stop to calling you. Two or three times a day. You beg them to stop but they call you again and again. And for the first service they arrived with one hour and half late.

They dont make sure that the professionals they sent are actually doing a good job, all they do is take money and when the job is not done, or the technician arrives 30 minutes later and messes your whole day or the pest control dont do their job, they wont respond, or won’t give proper response to the problem they just ask to book another time, pay again and they will try to ensure a good service How to trust them when you pay twice a week for services and they still won’t do a thing for their faithful clients. Disappointing.

I recently tried Urban Company for cleaning services in Singapore, and unfortunately, it was a dreadful experience from start to finish. Not only was the customer service non-existent, but the quality of cleaning provided was subpar. Firstly, attempting to reach their customer service was an exercise in frustration. Calls went unanswered, emails were ignored, and the in-app chat support was either unresponsive or provided canned responses that didn't address my concerns adequately. Moreover, the cleaning itself left much to be desired. The cleaners arrived late, were unprofessional, and seemed untrained in basic cleaning techniques. The end result was far from satisfactory, with missed spots, half-hearted efforts, and an overall lack of attention to detail. Given the exorbitant prices charged by Urban Company, one would expect a much higher level of service. Unfortunately, my experience has been anything but satisfactory. I strongly advise anyone considering using Urban Company for cleaning services in Singapore to look elsewhere. There are plenty of other reputable companies that prioritize customer satisfaction and deliver quality service. Save yourself the hassle and disappointment by avoiding Urban Company altogether.

Poor app as the booking aren’t flexible at all.

Is very bad. My cleaner didn't come since I subscribed (I’ve never see her face). When I call her she is unreachable. No one answer. When you finally reach customer’s service they say we are sorry and refund your money. They dont’ even try to replace her by another cleaner. Then you understand that you will do your own cleaning!!!!

Book a day before for a cleaner to come the following morning. When I check the app in the morning someone was assigned so I send her messages for instructions, and past my booking time I called her through the link from the app coz she’s late and still showing on the app she’s on the way and guess what she said she is not coming and I better contact urban company. Check the app no contact number for support posted only way is to chat so I waited and chat and I demanded for them to send a new cleaner but they say they will reschedule for night time. I refuse coz it’s urgent I need the apartment to be clean at the time I book with them coz I need to hand over it to my landlord and we made appointment with the landlord that same time after they finish cleaning the apartment! It’s so unprofessional that nobody inform me that nobody will show up to clean the apartment! They should have cancel if they will not come I could have arrange early for replacement!

No resolution to my problem. Refusal to understand my issues or connect me to a higher authority. I wish I had taken the advice of my neighbor to hire clean fanatic instead.
