This is a no money no help company, because they don’t have email contact, only have pay phone (long distance call to England)££££$$$$$$$ This is the worst experience that I booked flight tickets through their agency 👎🏻👎🏻but there is no help after get your money. The app notice me its time to go to do the pre-check in, and I waist almost 2 hours to try many difference method to do the pre-check in, but the airlines keep saying that no passengers matching with the ticket number and the PNR code😱. It make me feel may be something wrong with and I start try to contact with them to find the solution, finally I found they don’t have email and only have pay phone (long distances call to England), it is nonsense they a company don’t have an email address for help😡 It makes me feel very worry about my tomorrow flight with my group people 😰, hope can no problems check in at the airport. I won’t choose this agency again after this time, and I will let all my friends know my bad experience and spirit hurt after I choose this company to book my trip👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻😡

Prenotato 2 viaggi solo e tutti e 2 ho avuto problemi con le valigie. Nel primo viaggio le valigie non erano registrate all aeroporto, ma pagate, nel secondo, al ritorno mancava una valigia nel biglietto. Mai più con loro, solo molto stress e soldi buttati
