Big claim!! Don’t buy from them!! Review English & Spanish
Hello, I wanted to tell you that I am deeply dissatisfied with your services. Last Saturday I bought a flight from Beijing-Myanmar, from December 17th to 25th booking ID: 1532785020 by mistake, as the website was blocked when I was going to proceed with the payment, after which I closed the computer, I went out for have dinner. In the same night, my husband bought the flight from his phone, with another company, similar dates. My surprise was when 2 or 3 days later I see that in my bank account there is a retained movement of Bravofly of 900 euros, after being shocked, I proceeded to the cancellation (with the corresponding penalty, approximately 300 euros), the automatic system tells me they will give me an answer in about 72 hours, they are processing my request. The next day I check it again, and find out that the collection has been carried out and the status of the flight is CONFIRMED!!!! You can imagine my indignation! , I didn’t find a way of contacting you, either way By phone or mail, you guys don’t have email or customer service phone. I've called a phone number 100 times where no one answers. It's very frustrating. Then, I re-request the cancellation of the flight from the Bravo Flight app, again the system tells me that they are processing my request (already have passed 4 days and still on request). Sichuan airlines says that they can not solve this and, for more exasperation, they do not have registered any flight either with my passport or with this booking (which leads me now to think that everything is a big scam!!) please , I demand an explanation and of course, a solution, NOW!
