They should give an option to change from miles to Kilometers and auto lock option as well when we step away from car

Best part of the app was the remote start, but now Volvo makes you pay a subscription to get it. Disrespectful treatment of a customer

Always logged out from the app and asked for a PIN which it is so frustrating

The App used to be a lot more useful before. Now it’s not helpful

You shouldn’t have to pay a subscription to automatically start your car in the winter… And while I’m on the topic…. Why doesn’t the navigation system automatically update? The Volvo one is useless as WAZE is much more accurate. Same settings.. and is always 30 minutes shorter in a 2 hour drive. And Volvo… the safety manufacturer??? I bought a 2018 XC60R and it came with NO front avoidance system from the factory!!!!!! You should not sell vehicles with the options to purchase … safety systems.. your loosing credibility…

The last thing I want to be doing when it’s -35C outside and blowing snow is stand in the cold and pull out my phone to wait several minutes for the app to load (if it even does) to press too many buttons to start my car🤬

So bad…

Car goes into standby mode to conserve battery after 72hrs while parked and app loses lock/unlock features and remote start while car is in standby mode. I regularly park at the airport for a week at a time and can’t start my car from the terminal when it’s -40°C out. Change standby mode to 7 days.
