Got the new EX40 just 2 weeks past….simply fantastic….enough said!

Having paid recently for Roadside Assistance & used the app for my XC90 for several years I am appalled that my IPhone 7 can no longer link into the new app. Another black mark for the falling Volvo service.

From the XC40 which acts more as a tablet with wheels than a real car to the mongoloid developers who published their last version of the app. I just lost control/monitoring of the car thru the app : the new version is incompatible with my cell OS. Congratulations Volvo: i will end my leasing asap. It s my 6th volvo. U re all a big disappointment.

Great app for warming the car up and spying on the wife 😂

The app has potential, but like everything with the infotainment system in the car, is buggy or unreliable. The app worked great for a few weeks and now only tells you where the car is parked. It forces a log-out/log-in every time and doesn’t reflect current information. Would be nice if it was fixed, but the only local advice is to take a 3 month old car in for a four hour servicing…

A nicely made app which allows the main functions of the car to be controlled or monitor. Good recent updates for EVs. Bug: The Avg Consumption kWh/100 miles is resetting to 0 when a certain number of journeys are logged or when the total mileage on the Trip M hits a value 5000 to 7500 ish. Future Updates Requested: More EV specific items like charging curves. More detail info on the battery. Manual preheating of the battery. Ability to add screenshots to feedback submission section. ‘Honk and Flash’ for all models and variants. Keep improving please.

Since the last update the driving journal now no longer shows the route taken. Just point to point, completely pointless!

This is so intermittent it is useless and unreliable. One day it works the next day it doesn’t. Very poor and not worth the money

A sleek app design and useful information. Controls via the app would also be great, if they performed consistently. With the charging cable connect, regularly the remote climate control “encounters an error”.
