1. Долго зависает приложение пока просто заходишь в него. Иногда думаешь, вот с пульта было бы быстрее прогрев машины запустить - схватил и кнопку нажал 2. Нельзя изменить температуру в салоне при прогреве машины: допустим, вчера когда глушила машину мне было жарко и стояло 22 градуса, а утром хочется сесть в тёплую машину, а температура осталась вчерашняя (22) и салишься в холодную машину в осеннее или зимнее время.

This is normally a great app that is very useful, but the new auth flow that requires you to sign in almost every time you open the app with an email verification code slows down opening up the app so much that its incredibly frustrating to use now. At the very least give us a texted code that can be easily autofilled would speed up this process massively. With the current flow it’s so slow to open up the app I often just don’t bother.

Can’t get the remote start to working

One of the recent updates made it so that app access is really limited to one person. Two drivers use the vehicle in my house and now one of us can’t use the app because when a second device tries to access the vehicle it asks for a pin sent to the email that only one driver has access to. This is highly irritating. I would like it changed back so that multiple devices can access the vehicle.

After the AAOS upgrade to version 3.1.9, the air purification feature is now missing.

The UI design is very nice and well crafted. However, the app startup time and the time it takes to process app to vehicle communication is very slow—the times are often 5-10 seconds or even more. Myself, I mainly use the app for a notification if I forget to lock the door, which has always worked well, but it’s hard to justify the over $200/yr price tag just for that.

Watch app CONSTANTLY disconnects or logs out. Requires reconnection or manual login making it effectively useless. I thought this would be great to use on a run. Leave the key in the car, lock with my watch app, run, unlock with app. Sounds great but nope. Doesn’t work. Watch app is always logged out. Every time I’ve tried to use it I had to log back in using the phone. Can’t use the watch app to login.
