Trips journal not updating
Hello, since September 4th the “Trips” journal in the Volvo Cars app has not been updating. However, on the web version all information is displayed correctly. Could you please look into this?

Для тех у кого не работает
Сам столкнулся с проблемой невозможности вообще что либо сделать с машиной из приложения. В какой-то момент в очередной раз перезагрузил модем авто и приложение ожило,хотя это совпало с его обновлением. Также, для тех у кого не пишутся поездки - попробуйте обновить приложение Driving journal - мне помогло. Всем мира. Локацию машины так и не обновляет.
Location is not shown in the app.
Car software is 3.5.14. XC40 2024/2025. The issue is only with in-app map and driving journal - they both always show “unknown location” regardless of the fact that all permissions are given through the settings (location access - always in the settings and security settings are properly setup). Also car park location on the map is not updated since May regardless of the fact that car is always online and remote start/remote open are working just fine. GPS is also working fine with built-in google maps. I’ve been to the dealer physically and they said hardware is fine - the problem is only Volvo servers side. Please contact me. Help me.

Добрий день, останнім часом в додатку не оновлюється геопозиція та запас ходу. Також бортовий журнал не відповідає дійсності. Після скидання взагалі перестав показувати будь яку інформацію. Версія додатка остання на даний момент. Авто xc90 2024 року випуску. Телефон iPhone 12promax з останнім оновленням ос на даний момент.
