My app only shows lock/unlock and remote start. No climate control

The app went from being able to tell you what the location of the car is to “address unavailable”. What changed during the upgrade?

After every update one has to reset passwords. Even after changing passwords the app still does not recognise them….

I cant access all the functions advertised, have a 2023 xc90 rexharge. Cant see any stats on how far i can drive, stats on average fuel spent vs average battery usd etc.

Updated the app this morning 13 July 2023 in South Africa. After updating it asked me for my vehicles VN number, then the one time pin that I received at the time of purchase. The VN number I have, but the OTP hell no, Now the app has limited, if any, functionality. Volvo you’re messing up the basics here.

Can’t do much with the app. Not sure why the point is. Car has a SIM card and connected . But this app does not communicate with the car.

I often forget to lock the car, close the windows fully or even do the log book however the Volvo App is amazing as it gently reminds me. I love how efficient it is and even when the key is missing, the unlock feature allows for me to get inside the vehicle. You’d have to own one to experience what l’m bragging about.

Why does car show in use when it is parked and locked? This problem has been encountered since the new update few days ago. Please can you get it sorted, the rest of the app is awesome but one can’t do anything when it says car in use. It’s a big let down

I set the app up st the dealership, it worked for a day. Now nothing works, tried several times and it has nothing to do with connectivity.
