App is too basic for a high tech full electric vehicle. Some features that should be included: (1) Vehicle Charging Amperage control in the app, (2) 12V battery SOC and early notifications on 12V battery change reminders, (3) driving stats like those found in Polestar 2 EV

As the car is electronic data points like km/kw are easily gathered and should be documented per charge so that users like me know 1. Is my driving following good EV driving practices? Refinements can be made with comparison of each charge. 2. Is my battery performing or declining 3. Charge time to show battery condition.

Apparently still doesn’t support my 2022 S60 T8 recharge. Such a waste that i have to wait (no one knows for how long)

Hello there, I would like to get help with pairing the app to my car. I have the Volvo ID setup and keyed in the correct VIN number as well as having all the keys including the sports key in the car during the pairing. However, I received an error showing “We can’t add your 202x XC II right now” “We’re working hard to solve this, please check back again later” May I know when I can expect to have this solved?

I think they finally got the app experience figured out. However, my remaining gripe is the Apple Watch experience. You shouldn’t have to sign in with an authentication code on the watch when you already authenticate with the app itself. Also, the sign out frequency appears to be once a week meaning every week you have to go through the re-authentication process. The security protocols are just way too much and more than what financial institutions even require.

Love my Volvo! A great sales experience

It’s hard to love the app and all that it does when it requires the user to enter email, password and then receive a PIN in an email to login everytime I want to lock or start my Volvo. The specialist that so contacted said this is a new security feature… yet my wife does not have to jump through the same hoops to login. At the price of this subscription… not worth the hassle. Financial apps use face recognition. Why can’t Volvo?

Book service is not working. After clicking all the details and after clicking Confirm Booking the app goes back to the select retailer page. Everything else works fime.

I generally like the app, but I noticed recently that the fan icon has been removed. So how do I set the climate inside the vehicle remotely?
