Waking Up app is absolutely the best medication app I've used.
Please fix the downloading issue!
In the recent version, a bug appears in this otherwise very good app. In the previous version, the timer when used will be considered as meditation, and will be add to iPhone health as mindfulness time. However, in this new version, timer is no longer considered as meditation and is not added in iPhone health mindfulness time. This should be corrected. Also, I suggested that those lessons of timed meditation, such as 15-. 30-, and 60-min mediation lesion, should also be count as meditation, and added into iPhone healthy mindfulness time. Thanks for the developing group and Sam Harris for building this wonderful tool for mindfulness.
The title says it all-mindfulness training without the religious baggage taught by a real spiritual savant(that’s meant to be a compliment, Sam 😀).
