Daily meditation: Everyday, just 10-13 minutes make the difference. You can learn to actually just sense whatever comes up next without judging and just: be. Which is beautiful. Man wird eingeführt in was die Idee der Meditation nach östlicher Tradition ist. Gerade als westlicher Mensch kann man das gut gebrauchen um andere und sogar die eigene Kultur tiefer zu verstehen.

Amazing life changing content but the app is buggy. For example AirPlay doesn’t work. Also it would be nice to have some sort of CarPlay support.
