Amazing course for mindfulness

As someone who has been meditating before, I still began the course from the very basics, learning different approaches and techniques to train your mind. The course is very well-made, practice (meditation) sessions undoubtedly help you to become aware of your conscious self. Only 10 minutes a day spent but the payoff exceeds it all. I love the theory part as well, Sam Harris provides some structured and comprehensive arguments when he explains a complex nature of our minds, society, or life in general. Would definitely recommend for everyone.

No BS approach to minfulness trough meditation. Sam plainly breaks down what it means to be mindful, how does it manifest in your thinking and behavior and how to get into mindful state step by step. This app is one of rare cases, when it truly is what it says it is. I find it to be a source of relief in dire times that Im going through.
