I have been a loyal Wizz Air customer for years, but my recent experience with their app and official website has been incredibly frustrating. Everything used to be clear and user-friendly, but now it's a completely different story. First of all, the app has stopped allowing me to buy memberships, which used to be straightforward. Now, I have to go to the website, but even there, it's impossible to purchase some of their products, such as the Privilege Pass. This is a significant inconvenience for customers who want to enjoy the services offered. On top of that, technical support is non-existent. I've reached out multiple times, but there has been no response. It seems like the company has started to ignore its customers, and their international expansion is coming at the cost of a once reliable and user-friendly experience. I am very disappointed in Wizz Air, and if this is the direction the company is heading, I will reconsider using their services in the future.

Very unprofessional and careless, I wouldn’t recommend it. Even the low prices doesn’t make it up to the 0 service to customers.
Wizz air, before Covid was a very good airline. These days it cancels flights, changes flight times all the time and the app gives you no way to get assistance, or send feedback. It doesn’t even give a way to send a message, an email or a WhatsApp message. The reservation process is good as well as the check in but the wall that the airline puts out so that customers can never get help is the worst part.
