Online check in closes 3 hrs before flight without warning
Wizz air prematurely closes check in 3 hours before flight.
Constant no connection message
Currently at the airport trying to check in with my next flight with Wizz but the app constantly says No Connection. Even though the airport wifi is working good enough for YouTube. No luck with 5G either
Frustrating
An unbelievably frustrating experience. After jumping through hoops trying to set up an account on their website, I decided to try on their app. After filling in all the fields, got a message saying ‘account already exists’. Couldn’t log in because I’ve never set up a password for the account. Tried ‘password reset’ and they emailed me a link that goes to a dead page with a 404 error. I will book with another airline.
Unusable with latest iOS
I can’t use the app on the latest iOS 18.0.1 “leaving from” and “going to” fields do nothing when tapped and are unresponsive. Terrible UX
glitch and bug
Cannot prace on the destiantion when trying to find a flight.

Very poor overall
It's even worse than the wizzair site. Update 01/01/25 - can’t search flights, after updating app. How are you so bad?
Terrible
Took me two hours to sign up to the Wizz site. Tried online and on the app. Eventually it decided that I had confirmed my email address after dozens of attempts and let me in. It was only then that it was quite easy to use. I very nearly lost the will to live tho!
Search fields not clickable
Completely unusable app on the latest iPhone with latest iOS. I can’t actually enter any destinations.
