Wizz Air - Book Flights

It’s definitely easier to check in online and it gives you the card and put it on your Apple wallet. But they definitely charge a lot more. They charge more they charge me €15 more to add baggage through the app then through the website. Definitely do not like that one star

Dowloaded and installed iOS apps and tried to register couple of times. After entering my name all fields were gray and crashed. Poor apps.

Guys, your app does not accept some dates selected for to travel. Then, it’s confusing to jmderstand the charges and the check-in procedure.

Last year my previous pass was automatically reflected when booking flights. Now it doesn’t show when booking nor is it shown anywhere else (it offers to sell it to me again)

Horrible airline! Don’t travel with them!!! No customer service, only one person for checking. Even though we came 1 1/5 hours before the flight, they refused to check us in (we had just carry-on!!). We where forced to buy another ticket and stayed 24 hours in Roma, Italy!

Aggressive theft method forcing people to pay 3 or for times for check in and extra fees for luggages. Sure blocking the app for online check in and for getting back the founds and refunds!

Fast, responsive, easy to use. Bravo!

Be aware they ONLY make money by scamming their passengers with hidden fees.

I recently purchased a Priority Pass ticket with Wizz Air, hoping for a smoother and more efficient boarding experience. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a complete waste of money. While Priority Pass passengers are allowed to board first, it’s just for show because we all end up waiting on the same bus before getting to the plane. I went through first as a Priority Pass passenger, only to wait around 30 minutes on a cramped bus until all other passengers boarded. The whole ‘priority’ experience was pointless, and it felt like a hollow marketing tactic rather than a genuine benefit. I wouldn’t recommend paying extra for Priority Pass – it doesn’t add any real value.

Man you guys did it again I put in the app Pranvera Murphy not Pranvera Bardhoshi and you charged me again to change the name. This has to stop.
