What’s the point of troublesome and hassle checking-in online if you are going anyhow to the airport check-in counter and present your papers? The mobile app is faulty and won’t scan our passports whatever lighting conditions we provide around. It is obvious that Wizz Air wants to cause trouble for passengers.
The app took my profile name. Not the name on my documents so I had to pay 120 euro!! To change this.
i have to pay 190 aed per ticket for checkin at airport. this shall be reminded in email or in bold when purchsing ticket

Despite providing all necessary documentation, I was informed that I could not board because the term "dummy sponsor for virtual work" was allegedly noted in my details. This is not only an unjustified reason but also completely incorrect and baseless. As a result, I incurred significant losses, including the cost of my ticket, associated bookings, and travel insurance. I request a full refund for my ticket and associated expenses. Additionally, I demand a clear and valid explanation as to why I was denied boarding and who is accountable for the losses I have suffered due to this mishandling. I trust Wizz Air to address this matter promptly and take appropriate action to ensure no other passenger faces such an unwarranted inconvenience.
