App wouldn’t let me pay for VIP so i cant watch movies

Please update app with bigger subtitles for people with eyesight issues

You people need to fix the computer already pay 18 oct.2024 so didn’t take the many because I need to wait the day when I have to renew,but already take the many,on 1 November 2024 I have problem I wat to see the drama i cudent see you people send I have to renew again already pay,I want my many back, I like yours drama but all ways is a problem I know Nelly all the actors and actress,is no good for them, of course this complain is goin to APP OFICE.

Logs you out constantly and refuses to let you back. Often takes 5 or more goes to let you back in. And now I’ve just given up. Waste of money when you can’t access something you’ve paid for.

The app still has a lot of problems. For one thing, at least in Australia, around 7 to 9 pm it can’t handle traffic and hangs, then the app asks you (VIP) to drop to a lower resolution (at the same time that other apps like WETV and IQIY work just fine on my system. Further, trying to rewind is an hassle, finding a place in the story is difficult, the app never remembers where you last left a show … and so on. Maybe these are teething problems and the app will improve with time.

I paid for a VIP subscription and now I’m at the final episode it’s telling only vip can view? Like is this a scam or what?

I like this app very much but it is very difficult to read the subtitles sometimes when they show up against a lighter colour, could you please make them larger or enclose them on a darker background. Thank you, content is very good too.

It’s always uploading the video late. If you’ve paid for VIP, it’s not enough, they will persuade you to buy more with full episodes premium (TVOD).

Pretty soild amount of shows and even had the one i wanted to view. However finding the cancel membership button is quite tricky as I still haven’t find it.

i love the dramas on this app, all the best ones, but doing a subscription is a nightmare. the phone app knows i am ViP but the laptop and tv app just dont get it. the account just doesnt write itself across platforms. I will discontinue the subscription until YOUKU figures out how to make a better app.
