As a longtime customer of Zara, it pains me to have to bring this matter to your attention, but I believe it is essential for the company's continued success and reputation. Over the past few months, I have had several unfortunate encounters with Zara employees in various stores across Lebanon. These incidents have left me deeply disappointed and questioning the commitment of Zara to providing exceptional customer service. I believe it is my responsibility to share these experiences with you, so you are aware of the issues customers are facing. Lack of Professionalism: On multiple occasions, I have observed employees engaging in unprofessional behavior, such as talking amongst themselves while neglecting customers, using inappropriate language, and displaying a lack of respect towards customers' needs and concerns. Inadequate Product Knowledge: I have encountered instances where employees were unable to provide accurate information about Zara's products and services. This lack of knowledge often led to misinformation and confusion during my shopping experiences. Disrespectful Attitude: In one particular incident, a Zara employee was dismissive and disrespectful when I asked for assistance. The employee's tone and demeanor made me feel unwelcome and undervalued as a customer. Poor Response to Queries: Several times, I attempted to reach out to Zara's customer service department in Lebanon with inquiries and concerns, but the responses were delayed, generic, and did not address my issues adequately. As someone who has consistently supported Zara as a brand, I find it disheartening to see such a decline in customer service standards. I firmly believe that the success of any company heavily relies on the treatment of its customers, and I hope you share the same sentiment.
This is extremely unreasonable. Some people have access to the feature of paying COD but others dont. It is very inconvenient knowing the situation in Lebanon with cards and makes it impossible to shop online. PLEASE FIX
The drivers should be more flexible, and call customers ahead of delivery time to avoid delays.

I love this app and I shop alot on this but there is a tiny little issue, sometimes, I want to get a set for someone as a gift, and sometimes the piece of clothing I ordered comes with a ripped in half tag, that’s a small issue but everything else is amazing, I love your clothing!!
