They changed operated area without giving any notifications. They overcharged me several times because their system isn’t working well and they never answered. Awful service don’t use it! Save your nerves.

Attention! I didn’t use the bike but was charged 20 euros for nothing. No reaction from Support, submitted complaints 2 times.

The app stopped working for me after I changed a payment method. It’s been over a week since the customer support started working on this. Overall, this is the worst app/service I’ve ever had in my life.

• It's a webview within the app, not an actual native iOS app. Apps like that automatically get a 1-star from me, as this is completely unacceptable. • You have to fill a huge form in order just to register, which is also unacceptable.

I put my Bike on pause and then the app told me that i parked it in an appropiate area, then it was impossible to unlock the Bike due to an app issue, the timer was still counting Hours later, i try to call the customer service but there was only a registered voice speaking in german for minutes.. horror experience please give me back the money

Hi, I returned the bike at the exact same location where I picked it up, which is an approved area where there are many other bikes lined up. However, I was still charged a service fee saying that I returned the bike outside the service area. This is an absurd. Can you please refund immediately? Thanks.

Ich habe bei einer Aktion Gutscheine für Call a Bike gewonnen und wollte den Service testen. Trotz ausreichendem Guthaben wurden mir 10€ abgebucht, weil das Guthaben angeblich nicht für die Abstellgebühr einlösbar war. Der Kundenservice war absolut unkooperativ und mein restliches Guthaben verfällt. Diese Erfahrung war eine Katastrophe! Finger weg von Call a Bike – dieser Service ist unzuverlässig und intransparent!

Keine intuitive Bedienbarbeit. Rückgabestation nicht eindeutig. Werde jedem von der Nutzung abraten.
